    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

AP Chemistry, depending on the teacher, can be easy for some, and tough for others. In my case, it was by far, the most challenging class that I have ever taken. One factor might have been that I had taken it my sophomore year, and I wasn't ready for the fast pacing (this was one of my first AP classes). However, it was rewarding overall given it really worked my critical thinking, and made me persist until the end.

    Course highlights:

Basic chemistry knowledge had to be learned beforehand, and the course went over topics ranging from thermodynamics to equilibrium, really delving deep into the why and how so and so occurred.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

A lot of effort and time needs to be put into studying for this course, as well as determination because it is so easy to give up. Make sure you completely understand the topic before moving on, because everything is connected!
