    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course teaches students how to manage time how important it is to build a relationship with a teacher. Ms. Jimenez might have been scary at first, but that allowed those who were willing to get pass that and ask questions to get to know her and succeed in her class room. It is a rigorous course and requires a lot of self motivation, but anyone can succeed in that class with the right attitude.

    Course highlights:

Some of the highlights for this course for me are Bozeman Videos, Chi-squared, Hardy Weinberg, Charles Darwin, and Osmosis. The Bozeman videos and Osmosis were probably my favorite.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you have a lot of self motivation, and are willing to put in the effort yourself for this course. The teacher will not spoon feed everything to you, and in the long run you will thank her/him later. This is because in college no professor will ever just hand you the information and study guide. A lot of it is self taught. It's a good class that will prepare you for college.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class may be incredibly difficult at times, but if you stay focused and study hard you will be rewarded with one of the most interesting and satisfying courses on campus.

    Course highlights:

The highlight for me was our study of biochemical engineering. We studied DNA manipulation and investigations. This section inspired me to try to get my major in a related field; biomedical engineering. This class fueled my love for science and discovery, and made me wonder in awe at how far humans have come as a species.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention every day. This is not a class that you can goof around in, although it is interesting and fun. Study hard, and don't give up after a difficult subject. Giving up leads you down the slippery slope of defeat.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I wouldn't recommend as it is a memory driven course. A such making it either a hard or increadibly easy course depending on your memorizing capabilities.

    Course highlights:

The course though dry at times was fun. It helps one understand the world better and understand the things around us we often take for gratitude.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay on top of notes and do not fall behind, to the best of your ability.
