    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course simply because the curriculum spans from the earliest civilizations to the modern times that we live in now. It really puts things into perspective on how far we've come as a civilization since then.

    Course highlights:

I gained extensive knowledge of foreign cultures, customs, geography, you name it. And I learned all of this from a very engaging teacher, which made processing and absorbing the knowledge that she was putting forth so much easier.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Have a very organized notebook, and don't be afraid to ask questions. There are a lot of facts, locations and ideas related to this subject and it's best to ask your teacher any questions that you might have in order to proceed with the correct knowledge and insight.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This was a very labor intensive course and required a lot of time being put into it. I really liked the teacher of it but I am not the biggest history fanatic so it was hard for me to retain the information I needed to.

    Course highlights:

one of the most interesting topics that I learned was about the big business owners, like Rockefeller who owned the oil, and how quickly they gained power in the government.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would say do not put off doing the guided readings because it will catch up with you. for study tips, make flash cards with the most important concepts and know the time frame of when important events happened. you do not need to know specific dates, just the period it occurred in.
