Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Mrs. Rodgers is an amazing teacher, especially if you're a science geared person, this course, and the following one (Human Body Systems) is a great substitute for Anatomy.

    Course highlights:

The highlights were all of the technology that we got to experiment with, that real medical professionals use, so it simulated a true career. The one skill I learned the most was how to preform a correct gel electrophoresis lab, which is an essential skill in any lab setting.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to read all the directions, the labs can be very complicated if not followed correctly.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Mrs. Korman was really enthusiastic about what she was teaching, and that made it easier to get into learning more chemistry. She paid attention to our needs as a class to the point that we all understood what was going on, not an easy task especially as an AP course. Overall had a fun time in this class.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to micromanage my schedule and actually get things done. AP Chem is no joking matter, it has prepared me for college.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't be afraid to ask questions if you don't understand certain course material. She wants you to come and respect chemistry.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because it is a great challenge; however, the AP test itself is very difficult, but it pushes you to inhabit effective study skills.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were definitely all the different labs. We learned how to write scientific lab reports, so if a student is going into the science or medical field, they will have prior knowledge on how to write good labs.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Some advice I would give is to ask questions, especially if you don't understand a topic because each new subject builds on one another.
