Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend taking a college algebra course, if your school offers it, because it is a fairly easy class that transfers as college credit! The previous years of math will help prepare you for college algebra and help you speed your way through to an A and also get you three college hours you don't have to make up.

    Course highlights:

Most students feel math is pointless and will never be applied to real life. This is not the case in college algebra. You will learn math that will be applied in life such as: pythagorean theorem, percent and interest, and many physics equations that help explain what happens with the universe.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you keep up with the homework! Home work grades are only added on to test grades, so many students feel it is pointless to do all the work for such little credit; however, the extra points add up in the end and it also acts as a study guide to prepare you for the test. Don't take the class if you are lazy because you will fall behind!
