Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The teacher has amazing stories about history that pulls everyone in to really understand how that moment in time was.

    Course highlights:

The highlights were definetely his stories. I've learned a lot about the world history from the Civil War up to about WWII.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to succeed you have to remember the material because he rewards those people the best. I will advise you that you will write many essays, although, you will be taught how to form them very easily.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend Mr. Scholz since he is one of the only teachers that really had an impact on my education during my time at LQHS. Scholz was one of those teachers who would let his students draw their own conclusions and use reasoning and logic to explain their conclusions. It saddens me to hear that 2017 is his last year here, but I am glad I was able to experience what he has to offer, with his own unique way to teach the material.

    Course highlights:

I gained a better sense of reasoning and more academic insight in regards to history, learning about things about the events of the past in a different way.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

This is a mandatory course to fulfill the College A-G requirements, and I wish you will enjoy the course as much as I did.
