Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend it because it is a great way to prepare for college. The readings you do are extremely helpful, and the teacher is a wonderful woman who explains in great detail. The course really prepares you for the reading and writing you will be expected to do in college.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of the course for me was definitely the writing practice. We wrote 15+ essays that were all fairly graded and given plenty of feedback to further help me become a better writer.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you are willing to put in a bit of your own time to do some work, it is a great class. As long as you are willing to put in the work, you'll get the expected results and come out of the class a much better writer, analyzer, and reader.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course for may reasons. For starters, I learned a lot about how I can personally improve my writing skills, and how I can apply them to different writing styles. Overall, I feel like I became a stronger writer because of this class, and I feel like every student should take it once in their high school careers.

    Course highlights:

I learned different styles of writing which can be beneficial to many different aspects of life. I also learned how I can personally improve my writing every time I begin to write something. Also, when asked to read and write a response on a passage, I now know many different ways that I can respond to it.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to succeed in this class, you need to be willing to read and listen to the feedback that the teacher provides you. It may not be what you would like to hear, but in the long run it will make you a much better writer.
