Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Walking into this class feels just as good as walking out of school at the end of the day. It's a break from the rest of school. It is a place to let your creative mind run free, there is nothing like it. Get your mind off of the rest of your schoolwork and put your heart into your art.

    Course highlights:

This class not only taught me about ceramics, but I learned to see the world in a whole new way. It may sound cheesy, but art is literally all around you. To be able to take something you see in nature and recreate in a ceramic piece is amazing, and its all yours!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be in the now, don't worry about your other classes or what else is going on right now in your life. Focus on the art, and let your mind go. This is the time to daydream and be creative. It is hard work but it is also fun work, stay on task and you will achieve greatness.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It's interesting in a lot of ways and allows you to be creative and make a lot of different projects!

    Course highlights:

The main highlight was being able to create things like bowls and vases and feel accomplished because the teacher gives you a lot of tips on how to make ceramic things successfully. It was also really cool to put my own spin on all the projects we had to do so you don't have to worry about the teacher being too picky or making you do everything exactly the way she says.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely stay on track and come in to work on some projects outside of class if you're falling behind. And feel free to talk to the teacher about any concern because she's very nice and will hear you out.
