    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend it because it is not a "walk in the park," so to speak. It challenges students in a manner that highlights some of the ways we will be tested and pushed to our limits during college in the near future.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were most likely finite and infinite series, as we spent most time studying them. I learned how certain complex functions could be represented using simpler polynomial functions.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay great attention to detail and during lectures. Take notes that make sense to YOU! Don't limit yourself to the classroom. Find other resources such as Khan Academy, or Course Hero!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend AP Calculus BC because although it is very challenging, it tests students' ability to grasp complex concepts which is something used in many advanced fields of study from the physics to chemistry.

    Course highlights:

Some highlights of this course were when we learned new integration techniques which allowed us to integrate almost any integral. This is useful because if you can describe any shape as a function, we can now find its area and volume easily.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to take very detailed notes, perhaps even rewrite them at home. Use outside resources such as Khan Academy and Patrick JMT to clarify concepts.

I learned how to manage my time and form study groups to be successful. Study groups are fun and help a bunch!

    Hours per week:
