    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This is a course that deals with a lot of information. Starting or even returning students need at least one challenging course that requires them to push themselves to next level in studying and furthering their education. This course will keep you busy and focus on education. This course is very interesting and adventurous due to the labs and overall subjects covered in class.

    Course highlights:

I learned how emotions are mainly due to chemical signals sent from one section of the brain throughout your entire body. Another highlight, going canoeing on the water getting plankton sample made me feel like a top grade scientist and it fun to get out and adventure. We deal a lot with liquids and chemicals so it was only right to visit the water treatment facility near by and see how water gets treated. Just an overall amazing course, that everyone should take.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Participate in class discussions and activities, to get a real understanding of what you are learning about. I would also say take notes and go over the Powerpoints by yourself until you completely understand the chapter. Just study and pay attention to the homework
