    | Would highly recommend.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    Cannot get any better than this class. Professor O'Toole really teaches us how it is like living for well being.

    Course highlights:

    I learned that whatever you eat is junk, unless it comes from the sun. Therefore, the soil gets energy from the sun making soil based food extremely beneficial.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Take as much notes as you can because the professor's words are golden. You'll go back to it all your life.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend this class because although I always thought I was a healthy person I learned so many new things. I believe that as college students we put our health in the back burner and focus on everything else. This class helped me refocus and learn that keeping healthy is more important than anything else.

    Course highlights:

    I learned many things from this class. First, I leaned the important of a healthy diet and what a healthy diet should consist of. Secondly, I learned the correct way to exercise. I always thought that you just go to they gym and lift weights and that is all but I learned that it takes more than just dedication, you need to know technique as well.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    This class was a bit more difficult than I had anticipated but because of the time required outside of class. For this class you are required to go to the gym at least 3 times a week and write a very detailed progress report.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommande this course because it will motivate students to more take care of their body and to stay fit. Personnally, it helped me to go regularly to the gym and to eat healthy.

    Course highlights:

    I learned some food compositions' benefits . I learned how bad a cetain foods. And finally that working out is always a good thing.

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

    I just advice to be really patient and follow the instructor's rules.
