Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because the professor goes through the math step by step and is always willing to answer questions.

    Course highlights:

I learned different ways to do a lot of the math from Algebra 2.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the homework and do the homework well

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class to anyone who is willing to put in the work. Also I reccomend it because that way you don't have to take math 163 then math 164, you can knock out the course in one semester.

    Course highlights:

The highlights for me was doing the homework. I really enjoyed the online homework, because it forced me to practice. Because the homework was due at a certain time. That way I really learned the material, because the online part also had other study tools that way if I couldn't see the teacher then I could use the online help.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

If you do not know how to time manage, you will learn in this class. Learn how to get a little bit of homework done every day, that way it does not build up on the final day that it is due. It is so much easier to pace yourself then dog pile.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Professor Johnson is very kind man. He knows that math is hard and tries to take the easiest approach. Good math teachers are hard to find, but he is a very good teacher. He gives many examples and responds to emails if you need help.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was when he was able to teach me the easier and more efficient way to use a graphing calculator. This actually taught me easier steps to finding a solution even in High School teachers didn't show me an easier method.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

My advise to students considering taking this course is to make sure you take a lot of notes. Notes gives you an advantage. When it comes to test taking sometime's they make the quiz become open note.
