Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Physics 201 at NVCC was a great class. It was structured, straightforward, and interesting. Professor Pavco sets you up for success.

    Course highlights:

In Physics 201 at NVCC, I learned the basics of physics. We touched on force, gravity, velocity, acceleration, circular motion, thermodynamics, and more.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Students considering taking Physics 201 at NVCC should know that they need to study the homework problems for the exams.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I wouldn't recommend that professor! Simple because he doesn't like to help a student directly, but indirectly on question on solving a problem.

    Course highlights:

To do good on the exams or you'll be sorry. Also the labs count 20 percent of your grade. I have learned about physics, but mainly the properties of gravity.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Try to avoid this professor if possible. If not avoided, well study hard and don't play around!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course was necessarily my favorite as far as content, however, the professor was wonderful in explaining the concepts. She went over all questions about homework, quiz, test, etc. problems any students had. She was always available in her office hours and was very helpful. Dr. Kharidehal wanted her students to do well and understand what was being taught in class.

    Course highlights:

This course was an intermediate level physics course. The course curriculum outlined concepts such as, motion in one dimension and two dimensions, dynamics: Newtons's laws of motion, force, work, friction, etc.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I would recommend doing the homework and go to class because both are a good portion of the overall course grade. The teacher also offer tons of extra credit opportunities.
