This is a good overview of general human resources management. It covers theories, strategies and employment law for recruiting and retention, compensation management, performance management, benefits and process and procedures. It gives examples of tools for compliance, analysis and tracking.
This was a good review of the basics for me as well as provided examples of different tools that may assist in the human resources field.

Work through the program steadily and review often to help pass exams. Think about the questions being asked, some are obvious others require thought.
