    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Writing in college is an inevitability that will either make or break your grades in almost every class you take. This course is the perfect help and practice for beginners, if you put the effort in.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were my experience with the professor. She introduced me to a way that I could utilize my natural talents in essay writing for the rest of my life, while fulfilling my desire to further my knowledge in other subjects as well. In fact, it was in this course that I recognized the importance of outlining, and how much of a help it is in the entire writing process. I used to never outline my essays before I wrote them, and probably never would have (to my detriment) had I not taken this course, with this professor.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice is to be open minded and put as much effort into improving your writing as possible during this time, while the help is available. The professor is there to help if you are willing to receive it.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class, although I was slightly overqualified for it, brought me back the fundamentals of writing. Especially going into college for the first time, it allowed me to solidify pre-writing technqiues that would later continue to allow me to optimize my performance throughout my extensive writing career. I would not be nearly the great technical writer that I am today, had I not taken this course. Nor would I know that technical writing is my career calling without the guidance of the professor.

    Course highlights:

I learned the invaluable importance of outlining and the pre-writing process. I also learned that I could use my affinity for essay writing in a technical writing field, where I could then work closely with subjects that interest and intrigue me beyond English and literature.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take the advice of the professor, and put all of your effort into every aspect of the course.
