    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Mrs. Bailey is incredibly smart and knows what she's talking about, although she tends to move pretty quick in some of the material, she will always go back or help you after class if you need it!

    Course highlights:

Growing up with an informal math education, I learned tons of algebra basics that will prepare me for business calculus, and accounting classes. I learned how to effectively use a TI-84, and tons of formulas that make problems a lot easier.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Be in class every day, do the homework, ask questions. If you fall behind, or miss a day, it's like falling five chapters behind, and at that point she likely won't go that far back just because you weren't in class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because the instructor is a very good one. She gets right to the point with everything she teaches and stays on point. She also thorough with her teaching, there are rarely kids left behind.

    Course highlights:

Before taking this course, I was terrible at factoring the simplest of polynomials. Just one class session broke it down for me right away and I immediately became a pro. This can't be guaranteed for everybody, but this course will definitely help

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention in class. Show up to class. Get to know the teacher. Do your homework. Also, ask a lot of questions. This teacher is very good at answering them and helping out students.
