Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Chemistry was one of my favorite subjects due to how everything seemed to fit into our natural world. The periodic table among with the labs made it more of an interest I enjoyed and less of a class.

    Course highlights:

I learned many new information that actually helped me throughout my other science courses like physics. Learning about the natural stages of our world brought many new perspectives to me. For example how elements combine to make new substances.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not fall behind. You'll regret it

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course it is a very relevant course. It deals with real life situations such as matter, conservation, and many laws that we unknowingly apply each and every day. I learned about atoms and elements and how they make up the world around us and interact with each other. The teacher was also amazing, and made each topic understandable.

    Course highlights:

One highlight of Chemistry was the hands-on presentation we had to do at the end of the year. We had to present to the class a principle or law in Chemistry to the whole class through a fun project. I leanred so much about Boyles law and how pressure works!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Some advice would be to really try to understand the subject matter. A lot of Chemistry is memorization, but if one really goes beyond and tries to understand it, they will do so much better.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course is fairly difficult but very fun because of labs and a great class for people interested in science. The way Mrs. Rodriguez taught also made sure you understood the lessons you were learning.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was the advantage to do labs and work with other students. From this class I learned a lot about chemistry but also that I want to major in chemistry.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

For students considering this course I want to tell them that they have to be prepared to work. Homework does become important for your grade and is needed to be ready for the many quizzes and tests.
