Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class pushed me as a student to be the best writer that I can be. By doing so, I furthered my chances of receiving college scholarship, and have a better over all understanding on the english language.

    Course highlights:

Throughout this course, I went from an extremely unsure writer, to a confident one. I learned that there is no perfect way to formulate an essay, and that writing should be based off of one's own desires. Ironically, I also learned common ways to formulate an essay, which inspired my own progressive ways of doing so.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Your hand is going to hurt with all of the writing you will do this year. But, at the end, you will have nice hand muscles and you will be able to write an essay like it is nothing.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

AP Literature is by far the most beneficial class I have ever taken, and makes me not only feel prepared for college, but life as well. She uses some of the most classic, but challenging, novels to help you understand the art of the english language.

    Course highlights:

Oddly enough, by understanding stories such as Jane Eyre and Frankenstein at such a thorough level, I learned a tremendous amount about myself, my interactions with others, and that I am not alone in this world.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

At times, this class will seem impossible because Mrs. Davis picks up on so many more details than her students. Do not be discouraged by this. If you already understood all of those things, you would be the teacher, not the student.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this, because she is a very good teacher who has some great tips that can help you throughout your life.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about applying for colleges, what to put on your resume, and I also learned a lot about essays and the ACT.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Pay attention and ask questions.
