Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this course because the professor is awesome and the class is very fun. In the class, we get to watch documentaries and write short essays on them. The class is easy if you study.

    Course highlights:

I learned so much about various cultures, including my own in the United States. I learned things that I never knew like that doctors in the U.S. use maggots to cure for diabetes. Or in China, the doctors use bee stings for medicinal use because it cures arthritis.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would suggest that students study with a friend because that really helped me in this course. For me, reading the textbook didn't really affect my grade as I still did well in the class. I would suggest reading the novels because they will be covered during the exams.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This class is very lecture based, and there is nothing online for the course. I thought it was a very interesting class, but be warned that the course is not always taught in an organized manner.

    Course highlights:

I really enjoyed the days when we held class discussions. They were always very interesting and went deeper than most classes I've attended.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

For this class, I would recommend a couple things. Don't let the bigger projects sneak up on you. That deadlines are usually pretty far out, so it very easy to procrastinate on them. Do all of the notecard assignments right away because they are surprizingly impactful grade-wise. Lastly, I'd recommend creating a group chat with your group so that you have a resource to check due dates, assignments, ect. as there is nothing online for this class.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

For those who hate a challenge, it is an easy A.

    Course highlights:

You mostly study the effect of globalization. Lots of bleeding heart stuff.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Just do all your work and follow directions.
