    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    The professor keeps the class fun by showing YouTube videos and you can bring a cheat sheet to the tests.

    Course highlights:

    This class tells you the purpose of each baking ingredient, how meats, fish, and poultry are graded, and proper storage methods for foods. It also teaches food safety and ingredient substitutions.

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

    Although the class is fun, don't underestimate how much time you should spend studying or how valuable the information is. You'll use it again in later courses.
