Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It was really interesting and had a good amount of a work load. Not too much but still enough homework assignments so you understood the topic outside of class. Really great professor who made it easier to understand and related it to the people in the class.

    Course highlights:

I really liked the set up of the class. How each unit focused on bigger topics but then dove in more in depth. He made sure that the bigger topics were understood before breaking them down further. I learned a lot about food and food labels that I did not know before I took the class.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to class, there are in class points that could honestly make or break your grade. Do the homework, that is also worth enough points to bump your grade up another letter grade. As long as you go to class and keep up on the homework, you shouldn't get behind and you'll be able to understand the subject.
