Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I really think that students should learn about world history and one way to that is through the history of art. This course is a really great exploration of ancient art and how to analyze it. David is an especially great teacher and I would recommend taking any class he teaches.

    Course highlights:

One really great thing about this course is that the students learn how to analyze art and how to make comparisons between art works. This course teaches students how to tell the difference between ancient Greek and Roman art or how to tell where a piece of art came from and what time era it was made in. This course is not just about memorizing dates and names but is about learning how to analyze and evaluate ancient art work.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

This course is really not demanding outside of the classes. As long as you pay attention in class, ask questions when confused or want to know more about a topic, and refer to your text book for what ever else you need this class is very manageable. Be sure to study before your unit exams and show up to all of the classes and this course can be ver enjoyable and rewarding.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It was a difficult class because there was no knowledge before hand of what would be on the tests.

    Course highlights:

Although the course was composed of mostly learning about pieces, it was very interesting to learn about the variety of media.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Attend every class because his tests are solely based on information explained in the lecture.
