    Course Overview:

    I would recommend this course to anyone who wants to take care of themselves.

    Course highlights:

    I learned how to cope with stress, how much to eat with a certain amount of exercise, how to stay safe at parties and around campus. I learned the advantages and disadvantages of every drug. This class really helps you make wise decisions based on facts.

    All you need to do is read the textbook which is very interesting.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend this course because it provides students with information that they can apply to their own life and their dedication to helping others.

    Course highlights:

    Through this course I gained a lot, including information on: birth control, nutritional choices, signs of physical and mental illness, how to help improve other peoples lives and my own, and much more.
