    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This class is a great starter class for your degree in Org Leadership. This class helps to break the ice and introduce you to org effectiveness, leadership, change management, ethics, etc. There is a lot of information. The discussions are engaging!

    Course highlights:

What did I not learn? I enjoyed Change Management and Change Leadership. Leadership styles and theories were also introduced. Organizational Effectiveness... you must be able to think critically for this course. There is a lot of work.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not get behind! It is hard to catch up. There are a lot of readings which I did not have the time to complete them all, so some week you must pick and choose which readings will be more beneficial.
