    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It is comprehensive and applicable to the entire undergraduate program. It reviews different aspects of biochemistry, nutrition, anatomy, and more. It was the course in the undergraduate program that began to apply each individual course you had already taken and shed light on how it all works together and why it all matters.

    Course highlights:

Everything in human physiology is intertwined. Whether you are running, walking, cross country skiing - you are using similar aspects of your body to perform. It is important to know how everything in the human body works in order to maintain and care for it correctly.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise future students to utilize their resources. Not only are the professors incredibly helpful and knowledgable, but tools from previous/pre-requisite courses are extremely important. I referred back to old notes and lectures multiple times to help better understand the current lesson I was on in the class.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It was a tough course over all, but the teacher made it 100% worth while.

    Course highlights:

It was a very short class (taught in 4 weeks) but it was awesome that I was able to get it over with in that short of time.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Take it with Dr. Hickey and no one else if you have the chance.
