    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The course allows you to discover the natural world through the art of discovery and insight.

    Course highlights:

I gained a great base for future lab classes and learned how to right in a clear, concise, and scientific way.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Try to right well and a lot more time than you think you need completing the lab reports. Draw your conclusions from your lab data and not previous knowledge.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class is recommended for all people who take the lecture of general chemistry and is required for most science and engineer majors. The cool part about the lab is that it is only about 30 students and you get to work with the other students. The downfall is you should never miss a class because it will affect your grade big time. If you pay attention to your safety throughout the semester, you get extra credit points that can help determine your grade if you are on the edge. It is very useful to go to office hours for this class. This course definitely allows you to think a lot and step outside of your comfort zone.

    Course highlights:

You learn a lot about chemistry but you have to learn it on your own. The TA will provide some background knowledge, but for the most part you have to do a little research yourself outside of class. This is especially true for those who have never taken Chemistry before.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay on top of the assignments and do not procrastinate. It is really important to go to office hours if you are confused. It is also great to ask questions.
