Not too easy. Not too difficult.

He is a hard teacher, and always pushes his students to do more, it is most beneficial to have a teacher that pushes you the way he does

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it as Mr. Hawley is able to provide us with an in-depth look into the history of the United States. It is an interesting course with a plethora of information and trains you to become a responsible and dedicated student overall.

    Course highlights:

Some highlights were being able to explore more about the types of governments that were formed from the beginning of American, along with learning about the expansion of America across the continent and the rise of monopolies and more. Another highlight would be having discussions/debates over what we have learned. This taught me to be more outspoken and voice my ideas, along with learning more about how America is truly a land of opportunities.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Some advice that I would give would be to make flashcards on notes that you would not remember. Despite being a hassle to make flashcards often, it will benefit you in the future as you would be able to memorize key facts for reference as evidence within the AP test. Otherwise, Review and practice notes, and tests.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This is a class that puts you to the challenge to keep up with your classes and with deadlines that thinks need to be due by. He would give you time in class to finish or you take it home to finish but you get it done. There was no late work because he say that college professors will not accept late work.

    Course highlights:

Some high lights of this class was that you always got to learn something new. You also get to work in groups and always had group projects that helped you learn about history. We learned that no matter what history is part of are life and it will always be there even if you try to deny it.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Something I will tell students that are interested in this course would be don't be afraid of the hard work take a chance. And to never give up when things get hard because later on you will find out that you can actually do all the work. So never limit yourself to easy work. Yes it is a lot of work do be done but it will benefit you in the long run.
