    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It is an eye opening course that helps us look at the real problems in the world. It made me want to see a change in our society in one that we can all benefit it from.

    Course highlights:

A highlight from this course was learning about the New Deal I loved learning about the social changes that helped improve America.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to succeed you must be committed and do all your video notes and sometimes even do your own research, a study tip that helped me was making flashcards on important key terms for the FRQ'S we do in class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it was very interesting to learn about the United States and what lead the country to what it is today. If was fun learning the good and the bad side with a different topic each day.

    Course highlights:

Definitely it was fun when we were learning about the 1980s and Mr. Hawley wanted us to have a better understanding of the material so he brought out games of the 80s for us to play and describe why we think they were so famous.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not procrastinate at all! There wasn't much homework to do except on the weekends in which we had to do a few sets of notes but it was simple. Definitely review the material before the exams it will help a lot.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course because Mr. Hawley is a great teacher since he goes out of his way to help his students achieve by passing the AP exam.

    Course highlights:

A highlightin this course was the study sessions Mr. Hawley would have because he helped us study for everything and it gave us the opportunity to ask questions.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The advice I give to students taking this course is to wait and do all the notes on a Sunday night because sometimes Mr. Hawley we would do activities like debates during the week based on the notes.
