    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    This class shaped my writing style, and Mrs. Eaton is an absolutely phenomenal teacher. Analyzing rhetorical essays is actually super fun and interesting, trust me!

    Course highlights:

    This course expanded my vocabulary greatly, as well as my awareness of rhetorical strategies and appeals. in addition, it introduced me to new authors and broadened my cultural horizon. One leaves this class with exceptional material to apply to real life and other classes.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Go in with an open mind ready to accept multiple perspectives and opinions on a single subject. Also, be excited! AP classes sound intimidating but they're so very beneficial. All the work the class dishes out is worth your while, it all has significance to real life and your future. And of course, don't be afraid to speak your mind in class discussions!

    A lot of real world application through use of current events in our studies.

    Course highlights:

    interesting research essays, integrative learning processes that not many English courses implement

    keep organized and look at the big picture to help you stay motivated

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    Mrs. Robbins is a very exciting teacher who finds different ways to teach any given subject if needed. There is a lot of writing that goes into this class, but you can definitely see your writing improve as time goes on.

    Course highlights:

    Through taking this course, my vocabulary expanded exponentially, and my writing skills improved drastically.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    I strongly suggest doing all the homework that is given, no matter how daunting it may seem. Doing this is critical in maintaining a good grade.
