Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to encourage students to increase their confidence. This class is such a hands on learning experience, it allows you to interact and communicate with others, experiment with several types of species, and become a leader when no one is looking. This class is much more focused on your growth as a student, rather than the standing of your letter grade.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course would be opening my mind and trying things I was once scared to do. It was interesting to be able to put what we learned in the classroom, into a real life situation. If we learned about medication for specific animals, we were able to give these vaccinations to the animals on our local school farm.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would give the advice of having an open mind. Some things are always intimidating to try, however, with this class, you should see the challenges as opportunities to grow as a student. This class could help determine your future, as it did mine, so don't be afraid to try something new.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course determines what I would want to do with the rest of my life. I used the material and experiences this class provided to drive myself toward becoming a large animal vet; my future career pathway.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course would be the involvement and hands on activities. This was important because it showed how to cooperate with others and how to become a leader of a group.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would encourage many to take this class to step out of their comfort zone and to allow their ideas and input to be heard. This class gives you the opportunity to not only learn so much about animals and agriculture, but working with others and finding out your future as a student.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This course is not only interesting but necessary for the future of our world and for you and me. Without someone teaching and others learning this information, our production of food is hindered.

    Course highlights:

This course studies the scientific methods, conditions, practices, and policies that affect agriculture. The highlights were learning how each person can make a difference. I learned the importance of protecting our environment and land for the future of our agriculture practices.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to focus and pay attention. If you listen and take good notes, you will begin to understand the process of protecting and empowering our agriculture to produce food to feed the world.
