    | Would recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class is definitely challenging, especially for someone who isn't a natural history buff like myself. But with hard work and dedication, it is definitely possible to excel in this course! Above all, the teacher makes history seem more enjoyable and is extremely understanding of all students and their capabilities.

    Course highlights:

I've learned to reevaluate my outlook on history. There really is quite a lot for us to learn from the past in order to improve our future.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't underestimate the workload of this course. Make sure to stay on top of your homework and study leading up to the exam.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I wouldn't recommend it because Washburn is an extremely picky grader and it is a lot of work. The course would be much more enjoyable without him as the teacher.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about the twenties and thirties which I found very interesting and those units were the highlight of the class for me.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely read the textbook and keep up with that. Study guides really help on tests so i would recommend completing those.
