Not too easy. Not too difficult.

The teacher was wonderful and kept class very interesting! He engaged every single person in the class!

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class was not only plentiful in information, but it was also very fun with an amazingly hilarious and hardworking teacher who gives endless support, it was an easy class to take as long as you remain dedicated in your pursuit of knowledge, or passing the test.

    Course highlights:

The highlights was an introduction to crash course videos by John Green. Honestly, the focal point I remember learning is Chinese history because there was so much history on China it seemed never ending, but it was easier to remember with Mr. Rhoades' song about the dynasties.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do all the work given at the time given; there is not time to procrastinate. Help each other; which doesn't mean cheat. And if you need help, Mr. Rhoades is always there to help: take it.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I think this course is valuable. I took AP World history and the course helped to prepare me for future AP courses. This course focused on being able to learn the material from a textbook and then apply it in classroom discussions or activities. We were actually learning and not being spoon fed the material. The course is hard work though. There is a lot of note taking and sometimes you feel like quitting, but trust me, its worth it. You'll get through it.

    Course highlights:

I learned in this course that human beings all around the world are very similar. No matter where we come from or where we are living we all act very similar, even so far as practicing similar religions. While our cultures can be very different, many aspects common from a common thread. There should be a great love in our hearts for all people.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't procrastinate! I know you hear it all the time, but its true. Leaving your notes for the last minute will only cause a lot of stress and a lot of tears. Its not hard if you just buckle down and read. You might actually find that the material is interesting!
