    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    I'd definitely recommend this course. It compares Maslow's hierarchy of needs and Alderfers ERG theory. "Additionally, employee diversity, labor relations, organization development and equal employment opportunity will be discussed."

    Course highlights:

    "This course examines the role and function of the Human Resource Department in the organization. It is an overview of human resource activities including job analysis, performance appraisals, recruiting, selection, compensation, and career development."
