I really enjoyed taking this course. Even though it was an online course it was still a very challenging course.
I gained a lot of information about the human body and wellness. Things such as the skeletal, nervous and muscular system was among some of the things that I enjoyed learning about the most.

I would suggest to read all chapter assigned as well as reviewing the chats that are provided by the instructor. Keeping on top of assignments will insure that you will stay ahead.
