    | Would highly recommend.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend this class for management students. Or to students that are eventually trying to become leaders. It very informational when trying to fix workplace issues to provide better results.

    Course highlights:

    I learned about quality processes. Understanding the budget and workers that the business will affect when adding or removing workflow process.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    My advice would be to log on to the live chats. I didn't get a good chance to participate but I believe that if I would have I could have really improved my grade.

    The class is really fun to learn about. Not only the class easy, professor helps out.

    Course highlights:

    The class lets you learn of quality time management.

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

    Just keep your head to the grindstone and study, study, study. The class is really fun.

    Course Overview:

    The professor was very helpful and understanding. If I had questions he was available to assist in helping.

    Course highlights:

    I learned much about the Roles of leadership, TQM concepts and their importance as well as the specific strategies and tools applied to TQM; such as, Kaizen, mistake-proofing and 5S.

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    Stay on top of your work and not fall behind. Keeping on task is very important.
