    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend this course for anyone planning on getting into management. This course taught me that everyone is different and need to be managed in many different ways.

    Course highlights:

    I learned from this course about the many different personality traits of groups and individuals. I also learned about the many ways of managing different types of situations that will arise in a business. This course also teaches you about the many different theories that have been learned about management of individuals and groups. This course is a must if you plan on managing any type of business.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    All you really need to do to succeed in this course is to participate in all live chat sessions, manage your time correctly (leave plenty of time for assignments), and pay attention. By doing the assignments, you will need to do research and learn new things about management that most people don't know.

    This was a great course and the professor was very helpful.

    Course highlights:

    This course taught me a lot about what I do as it relates to change management. I did not realize how much I did not know before taking this class.

    Make sure that you read all the course materials, stay on top of every assignment and definitely do not wait until the last minute.
