    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course provides a very eye opening introduction to international and multi-cultural communications.

    Course highlights:

I gained a lot of insight into Mexico, China, India, and numerous other countries' cultures, ways of doing business, and increased knowledge on the Geert-Hofstede Cultural Dimensions such as Individualism/Collectivism.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure that you are doing the assigned reading, reading all the recommended reading, and doing additional independent research while you are taking this course. It will improve your understanding and success with this course. Also, make sure to complete all of your assignments and to communicate with your professor if you find yourself struggling at any time with the course or the assignments!

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course was taken some time ago and was good for the time however the internet and technology has evolved to allow a more entertaining approach to learning. I believe this will increase memorability, retention, and student success rates. Students will be more excited in my opinion to do an outstanding job.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of the course was interacting with other students during group projects. I learned all the skills and tools needed to manage a business. I was inspired to learn all I could so I could operate my own business at some point.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Challenge yourself to look at the class as if you are managing a business and use technology from your smart phones, tablets and computers to complete your assignments and research. Take careful consideration when you do initial topic planning and research into a business you can see yourself pursing to make your experience more personal.
