    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It was an amazing course. i was able to learn and understand multiple mental conditions and how to help others cope. Different approaches to group counseling.

    Course highlights:

I learned about the benefits of CBT Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and retraining the brain how to think and learning different coping mechanisms to different conditions such as PTSD Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and how to deal with triggers.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice to anyone would be to learn and understand your learning style. I have learned that I am an auditory learner during my educational journey. I retain information better when I hear it so the live and archived chats worked best for me. Also participation allows you to see different approaches to the same question.
