Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This has been one of the best classes I have ever taken in high school. It has taught me more than just the basics of life on Earth. It teaches you how everything evolved on Earth, like bacteria and cells.

    Course highlights:

The things that I have gained from this class was that I learned more about the human body, which will help my later on in life.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The best advice I have to give about this class is to study your butt off because the tests won't be as easy as you think they are.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it is a very interesting course and it is fun to learn about! Although you have to put some work in and study it was very interesting to learn about. Also, the labs we did were really fun and engaging.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were the labs. We learned about systems in the body, the ecosystems in the world, ad about eyes and how we see. One of the labs we did was we had to direct a cow eye ball.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice for student taking this course is to study! If you don't study you won't be ready for the tests and will not do so great, so make sure you study for any tests or quizzes.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class was the best class I have ever taken. The class is very detail oriented and involved. This is the class that helped me decide that I wanted to go into the medical field and learn how the human body functions and all of it's great attributes. The teacher was very involved and devoted to the class which made it that much more fun. If I could, I would take the class again just so I can experience everything all over again.

    Course highlights:

The best parts about the class were the labs. We measured the light that is reflected in different plants, what gives plants their color, and we dissected frogs. Another great highlight of the course was the teacher. She made sure you understood the topic and would stay after school to tutor students. Overall, I learned so much; everything from genetics to the reproductive system to photosynthesis and the Kreb's cycle.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Students should read over their notes every night, make flashcards or study in the way that's best for them. The biggest help was the AP Cliff Notes for Biology. There are practice tests and different tips to help students succeed. The most important part is to have fun and absorb as much information as possible.
