    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I recommencement this class not only because it helps with writing skills which are needed throughout life, but this was a great class that had many debatable discussions. It opened the eyes of myself and many of my classmate to real world problems. Even if we didn't agree on the problems or solutions, it taught me how to accept other peoples opinion and see their point of view, which I think is a very important skill to have. Beyond that the class also taught me better writing skills, and how to write successful college essays.

    Course highlights:

My favorite part of the class was all the discussions and debates we had about many different controversial issues that ranged from the education system to gun control. I learned many different important issues of today's society. I learned more from hearing others peoples points of view that i could ever learn from a text book which I really loved.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Even though this class can be fun, It is a class that takes a lot of work. Asking for help from students and the teacher will be the most beneficial thing.
