    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would totally recommend this course because it challenges you as a student. The class shows you that a good grade is earned and not just given for your effort. The class is very hands on and is very educational overall.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course had to be all of the hands on labs that required students to figure things out on our own. We had to work as a group to get things finished in labs and had to independently draw conclusions about the labs. We always were taught different things in fun ways that made learning genuinely fun. When we learned about collisions we were given professional lab equipment and had to use different tools to measure the velocity and acceleration of carts on a track. When learning about electricity and waves we were able to see how waves moved to sound and heat in person. The entire course was always hands on.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

In order to succeed this course you would have to do all work given to you. No missing assignments should happen and no incomplete work because you'll fall behind. Once a student falls behind there isn't a catching up thing that you can do because next thing you know you're learning about the next chapter. Another tip I heavily encourage other students to do is to ask questions when you're confused. Don't be embarrassed because most likely another student has the exact same question as you or you're helping someone have a better understanding on a topic.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours
