    Course Overview:

    I would recommend for any student willing and up for the challenge of taking Pre calculus At imperial High school with Mrs. Walther. Not only will you get your math skills advanced and challenged, you will learn how math is applied in the real world.

    Course highlights:

    By taking this course I gain a better understanding of sin,cos,csc,sec,tan,cot graphs and how they are involved in todays world. As well I was able to reinforce my advanced math skills. This course made me more confident for college level math

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

    Some tips to pass this class would be to do the homework that is assigned. Also do not be afraid to go n after school and ask questions. Mrs. Walther is very reasonable and is willing to spend time with you to make sure you get a grasp on the topics.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend this course because it allows for the student to connect several mathematical concepts to our everyday lives.

    Course highlights:

    The highlight of this course is the current project I am working on, in which we need to display the sunrise and sunset of a city in a trigonometric function.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    In order to succeed in this course, you must be very alert when taking notes. You should always ask questions when you do not understand a concept and always attempt to go to tutoring.

    Expanding our knowledge and material use Ms. Walther passionately demonstrates her love of math through her students, providing different tools of education to encourage learning in different forms.

    Course highlights:

    My highlights of my course, are what I found most useful for my future college education such as the Unit Circle and Trigonometric Identities.

    Advice for students:

    Do your homework and make sure to copy your notes and any further emphasis Ms. Walther makes on whatever she is teaching completing these tasks guarantees you a high chance of a passing grade.
