Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Jeff is a great professor! The material does get complex at the end but he is good about slowing down and making sure everything is understood. You might have to go to office hours for some of the end of the quarter programming assignments but it's do-able!

    Course highlights:

Learning exceptions in the java language and learning how inheritance works is really important. There's some cool stuff included with rotating a teapot constructed from a set of data points (not as difficult as it sounds)!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Just don't get behind. Try to plan on getting assignments done earlier because if problems do arise Jeff is great about helping you work through them. Don't plan on putting it off till midnight the night before because all assignments are due at 9pm!
