    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I learned a lot about the English language itself, rhetoric, and philosophy. While my writing style didn't drastically improved, my thinking and questioning did.

    Course highlights:

I liked the mock trial we did for our first semester final. It was far more interesting to perform and listen to.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Careful about waiting to finish portfolios and essays the night it is due! Also, he is very intimidating, but you get used to him after first quarter.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course for any student who wants to be exposed to not only the realities of life, but also for a challenging, brain picking course.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course for me was going over the book "Justice." From this book, I learned fallacies, counter intuition etc.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to really learn. Although he is a tough grader, he will get you that score you want on the AP test. He is a very smart man and knows his stuff.
