Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course was one of the most fun I have taken so far. We not only worked individualy on projects and papers, but we also did many group projects that went in depth on many subjects. You will do many projcts though, so be prepared to talk infront of the class, and work together with others.

    Course highlights:

A large portion of the class delt with getting to know your clasmates, and then using your unique skills to add to the conversations and work delivered to you. It is also a wonderful class to take if you are interested in going more in depth on different genres of writing and enhancing ones writing even more.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

If there is one piece of advice I can give you, it would be to finish your work ahead of time. Especially in Advanced Placement classes, it is very easy to fall behind and suddenly have work and studying pile up on you.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Mrs. Bennett is a very understanding and caring teacher and will do everything to help you succeed. The course gives you valuable experience about literature which is very necessary if you want to attempt an English major or become a writer. I took this class with many intelligent people that had no trouble sharing their knowledge and giving me help when I needed it.

    Course highlights:

I learned many things about writing which can be valuable. I also gained a lot of knowledge about poems, play writing, and historic literature. We went over many works of literature including Hamlet, Macbeth, Death of a Salesman, and Beowulf. Mrs. Bennetts class is very productive and organized, but not too stressful.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

This class is very fun but it can also be pretty difficult. I suggest to always read the books you are assigned and to take the homework seriously so you can get the experience you need to pass the tests. This classes most valuable feature is probably the classroom discussions; if you want to really get something from this class I suggest participating in discussions about the literature you are reading.
