Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this class because Mr. Dow is an excellent teacher. He does many fun activities with us to make the learning fun which keeps all the students more engaged.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course has been learning about the experiments that have been done to learn more about why people do what they do. I learned about Zimbardos experiment where he had some students be in prison and some were the guards, the students who acted as the guards got very into their part because of what they thought being a guard was like.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed in this course you need to keep up in your reading so that when you talk about what's in the book in class you know exactly what's going on.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I enjoyed taking this class a lot because the human brain really interests me. I loved learning about why people think the way they do, how they over come hardships and how multiple people react to the same thing. I also find mental illnesses very intriguing, that was my favorite unit.

    Course highlights:

The highlight was bonding with the other psych students and learning about mental illnesses such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, etc.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I recommend using flask cards, whether electronic or paper. That is the way I got through this course and the most useful memorization skill. There is a lot of diseases, terms, and people you must know for psychology.
