    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I learned by myself, an old book and a teacher do not guarantee that you will learn a whole new language. The progress will be represented by your merits and achievements.

    Course highlights:

The assignments were helpful in a certain way, but not really effective with each student. I have learned pronunciation, by other people in the class, including my teacher, but I also got their accents. I also learned about different countries.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

As a new English speaker, give it time. If you feel that you need to say it, do it, if you do not, just be prepared next time. Be open minded, most of the things that you will learn are going to be different from your culture, but it does not mean that you need to give up. Overall, English is like the cute sister of Spanish, to get her you need to understand that English is not easy, she plays difficult to get.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This isnt an ordinary research class? In this class you learn to write and research correctly and the best part is you get to pick your own topics. Which makes it a lot easier to focus and creates motivation to get the work done.

    Course highlights:

I learned to work well in a group and it furthered my public speaking skills tremendously. The group effort teach you to respect others ideas as well.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you pick topics that will keep you interested, because you spend about 60% of your class time researching and writing papers about these topics.
