    | Would highly recommend.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    This course I am taking as a distance learning class. It is very clearly laid out. Assignments are straight forward and easy to find. The instructor is available and prompt.

    Course highlights:

    This course is a basics in nutrition. We are learning about how the body digests food, absorbs nutrients, and what a healthy diet looks like.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    If you are interested in nutrition this course is very straight forward and interesting. If you are not too interested in the topic, it might be tough to stay engaged. I find the information very interesting.
