    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Hosni is one of the most intelligent and passionate professors I have ever studied under. He puts a great deal of effort into understanding his students on a personal level and developing essential life skills that will carry far past the classroom.

    Course highlights:

The course was difficult, but I learned a great deal about convection and conduction. There are many applications, and Dr. Hosni tries to focus on real life problems. As engineers, heat transfer is extremely important for a large range of products. It may be my favorite class at Kansas State.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay ahead of the curriculum. If you fall behind on studying and homework, its very easy to get buried. If you go in for office hours, you;l get a much more complete understanding of the course material.
