Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course literally changed how I live my life. Doctor Wesch provides you with the tools to ask big questions: of yourself, of the world, of life in general. He forces you to get uncomfortable for the sake of growth and opens your eyes to the realities of social structures and how they govern our lives. Take this course, I promise you will come out a changed person.

    Course highlights:

Doctor Wesch helped to change the entire trajectory of my college career, and I couldn't be more thankful for it. I learned how to be honest with myself and grow to truly understand who I am. Wesch helped me to frame my life around the questions that light a burning fire in my soul and how to find a vocation that incorporates that burning fire and my passions. The course is difficult, but if you invest the time, you will get so much out of it.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be willing to get uncomfortable and to challenge your beliefs. This is where growth happens.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

It is an interesting course that talks about the part of the world we haven't seen.

    Course highlights:

This course was great. Cause the professor had so much insight on the subject. We learned about things you see on the news but you don't know what they mean.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the material. You can't pass just going to lectures.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Prins is a wonderful professor. Not only is he an experienced teacher, he has traveled the world and has the field experience to prove it. He is extremely knowledgeable and always has interesting stories to tell.

    Course highlights:

Dr. Prins' passion about the subject is definitely a highlight. In college, it is easy to get dragged along and attend a class, but without mentally being present. Dr. Prins, however, has so much passion about what is teaching that it is impossible to be apathetic. He will make you interested in anthropology.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

My main advice is to read the textbooks! Dr. Prins wrote (or helped write) them both, and his lectures line up perfectly with the text. Also, make use of the study guides he provides - they are extremely useful for the exams.
