    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is life changing and will help students not only learn more about science, but find a career for themselves! The laboratory work that is done in this class allows students to feel as if they are working as real laboratory technicians.

    Course highlights:

Highlights of this class have been the specifics experiments I performed in the lab. One experiment I extracted DNA from salmon sperm and it was so interesting. I've never done something like that before. After the extraction we used the DNA to run on a gel electrophoresis, which is a machine that identifies different types of DNA molecules. Every experiment I have performed in the class has inspired me to learn more about science.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

For students who decide to take this course, I want to tell you guys to put all your efforts into this class. Don't go into this class thinking it will be an easy A, because it is not always about what grade you receive, but it is about the experience and wisdom you guys take from the class. If you want to really feel impacted by this class, you must put in the extra work. Good luck everyone!

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

While Dr. Fiedler is usually a nice person, with good intentions, she usually expects her students to retain every bit of info she puts out there. Her tests are extremely detailed and she doesn't assign too much homework, so your grades usually depend simply on tests.

    Course highlights:

I did , however, learn effective study techniques and gained a new insight on the field of anatomy.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study everything she says! Study 15 minutes a day after each lesson!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Fiedler is very passionate about her work, but her information is somewhat outdated. Not much material is covered, but information is extremely helpful.

    Course highlights:

Learned dentistry at the doctorate level and basic anatomy and physiology information

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Study weeks before the test, take detailed notes
